This product is STABILITY VERIFIED – by Underwriters Laboratories. Includes tip restraints and instructions for anchoring your dresser (or chest) to the wall to help prevent tipping. Our tip restraints meet requirements of ASTM International F3096, a voluntary performance standard for furniture tip restraints.
